cryocry
Ok, I made this mod, which adds Ebony weapons with Ignores Normal Weapon Resistance checked. ALL of the Ebony types of weapons. So, I was just wondering if someone could download the mod, and see if the same problem is with them as with me. My problem is that Oblivion exits whenever I have it enabled. I tryed it not enabled, and it started perfectly. Five times. So, can someone see if that happens for them? Here it is: DIVINE SEBBIR WEAPONS ARE HERE
Switch
Yup, instant CTD as soon as it tries to boot the title screen. :/ And that's with no other mods enabled, just the Oblivion ESM (latest patch). Have you made sure not to overwrite the old Ebony weapons, and create new IDs and names instead? Apart from that I can't think why it would conflict... cryocry
I'me sure. I renamed all the IDs to 0cdWeapEbony[insert weapon type here] istead of WeapEbony[insert weapon type here]. I double checked that afterwards, and everything was there, from the arrows to the warhammer. Must be something with the file.
Abramul
Instead of renaming, I would suggest creating new EditorIDs (the easiest way is to change the ID on an existing weapon, click OK, and click Yes on the create new form message). Then, use Search and Replace to replace all the existing ones. Make sure the box to only replace in selection is unchecked, and recheck it once you've replaced all the weapons. And also renamed the new versions to Sebbir. I'm not stupid, you know.

Maybe it's in conflict with a dungeon or so...

And if he changed leveled lists as well, many more. That means conflicts. And it wouldn't work with other mods putting Ebony blades as rewards...
