jaxonz Posted April 2, 2015 Posted April 2, 2015 We're having some interesting discussions with the release of a new utility that exports saved games to create new mods. I thought other mod authors might want to chime in. GameToMod
DDProductions83 Posted April 2, 2015 Posted April 2, 2015 Lol I can see it now, everyone who d/l's uploads their immersive overhauls dependent on 456 diff mods, this can get confusing :P I'll look more into it after my power comes back on lol, I thought it was a april fools joke at first
jaxonz Posted April 2, 2015 Author Posted April 2, 2015 Yep, timing is everything. Happily, it is really easy to strip out all those dependencies.
DavidJCobb Posted April 2, 2015 Posted April 2, 2015 I'll give it a look if it's still around tomorrow, but I feel like if it were an actual thing that actually did something, you would've waited a day. Either way, though, you gave me a pretty badass idea for a feature I could try putting in my own modding project, so thanks for that. :)
jaxonz Posted April 2, 2015 Author Posted April 2, 2015 This was kind of a fun day to release it. :-)
ThreeTen Posted April 4, 2015 Posted April 4, 2015 I could imagine players/mod authors creating their own shelters for their houses in-game that could be exported to a compatibility patch. Yeah I can dig that.
MotoSxorpio Posted April 6, 2015 Posted April 6, 2015 Is this still an April Fools Mod? Import disclaimer:This mod exists as is, any issues regarding broken saves, lost links, missing services, mis-tuned harps and gargling contests at the Winking Skeever are null an void unless you provide and secure a Troll Skin Cloak and sneak into Cyrodiil from the northern pass, and assassinate Mr Mochi with a bag of bat guan...I mean lipstick. For expert guide, please see Immersive CTDs mod...
