FO3 Crashing on startup (Mods, Disk Version)

Hello, My fallout 3 seems to crash on startup ever since I have installed new mods. I have ran FO3EDIT multiple times but have had no success.

 

Here is my mod load order.

The following plugins are part of FWE and can be disabled and deleted:

DK-Bullet Time

Sprint Mod

FPS Grenade Hot Key

City-Killer

Mart's Mutant Mod- Zones Respawn

Mart's Mutant Mod- Tougher Traders

Mart's Mutant Mod- Natural Selection.

 

If you disable the mods you just added, does the game start and run?

 

Since you have FO3Edit, why don't you have a merged patch?

Since you have FO3Edit, why don't you have a merged patch?

Disabled those mods, and the loading screen stayed up longer, and FO3Edit Merged Patch? Sorry pretty new to the whole modding thing, I just sorta put the mods in and edit the mod load order if they glitch out. Thanks for the help, and thanks for responding.

 

EDIT: Just made the Merged Patch. Didn't work.

 

EDIT #2: Got rid of FWE Combat Overhaul, and it is working great. Thanks for the help anyways! I really appreciate it.
