Captainradish
I would like to simply resize an existing mesh using nifskope's scaling features, but the changes I make to the nif file do not show in the game. It's always the original mesh. What am I not doing here?
davidlallen
You can also change the scale of an object in the game. If you simply want to make one instance of an object larger or smaller, you don't need to edit the nif. I have used this to make larger or smaller industrial machine objects, for example. Will that help?
weijiesen
Depends what you are resizing in Nif. Also, there's 2 ways to resize in Nif, which u using?
Captainradish
I'm trying to resize a piece of armor so it fits better. More specifically I'm resizing the ranger coat from the scavenging mod. I'm resizing them using transform->edit->translation/scale.
