All i know after 2 days of my research :

1. This screenshot was taken in Moriarty's Saloon (Megaton>Fallout 3)

2. Well, i think its not something like photoshop , because there is a pose mode used ,which means its not character from other game : /

3. Screenshot is from this site http://www.gamerheadlines.com/2014/02/ghs-fallout-4-before-release-wishlist/ (post was made at 11th February 2014) which for me is good :D

4. i've translated sentences like "Fallout 3/NV armor mods" and checked every photo and page on google , nothing

5. I dont have any other ideas , i sent a message on screenshot owners tweeter and message to guy who made a lot of videos on youtube about mods for Fallout .

6. I beg you for help , i cant play without this armor.

Looks like ripped content, you will not find it on Nexus then. I dont know what game it came from either.

Hey guys! I'm looking for this black outfit:

 

The author of this screenshot seemed to imply that she found it here on the Nexus, but I can't find it for the life of me.

 

Anyone seen it before?

 

One of LostRider's pose pack shots, huh? That would make those Fallout 3 clothing/armour mods. Not sure if there are NV equivalents.

 

Anyway, that top looks like a black re-colour of the "Safari" outfit from dimon99's clothes mod. The trousers and belt (the outer one, anyway) are likely from either the "Wasteland Scout" mod or the "Female Mysterious Stranger" mod (the thong she has one is likely from this mod too). Even the trousers look like they might've been re-coloured or re-textured. Not sure if those are all LR's personal modification, or if they're up on the Nexus (they might be, for all I know; it's been a while since I've played the FO3).

 

The holster is likely from any of the multiple holster mods available. There might be some TailorMaid accessories in there (gloves, goggles, knee-pads). Couldn't really tell you about the second inner belt buckle, but it looks familiar; think it's from a mod with latex clothing or something.

Wow, color me impressed! That's very helpful, thank you. Had no idea it was a screenie from a mod... I found it posted on deviantart. But on a related note, I'd been looking for For a Few Poses More but had forgotten the name. So thanks for that too!

 

I've been looking to learn a bit more of converting/editing meshes, so maybe this will be my opportunity.

Maybe , but maybe not , i need any information about this :D , i am not gonna give up, i can se it on the picture which means it exists somewhere , but i am out of ideas where to search for it now, i was trying to google it in 5 languages using different words and sentences matching this armor , got nothing , thats why i ask for help on this forum ;D

i remember a while back seeing something about a mod that got rid of the double up's in the GRA DLC so that you wouldn't have to buy separate weapon mods for standard and GRA weapons. any idea's if it was ever finished and uploaded ?

I have been looking for a mod for a while now,

 

It was a rebalance mod, it made the game more realistic. It talked about making the health for the pc similar to NPC's, making the weapons stronger, and rebalancing the inventory/carryweight. It made power armor close to impervious to small arms fire (9mm, ect....).

This next stuff I THINK was in it.

I remember that the way the guns perk affected you was not with less or more damage but wit accuracy being effected. That's all I remember for sure. I think that it might have said something about making PA underwater compatible, but only if you had a matching set (as the intake tubes wouldn't fit right otherwise). That may have been a different mod though. Consider me interested in both mods if they are separate.

Someone out there ported all of Izumiko's armors from the T6M Equipment Replacer NV mod to a BNB version of that body type. I have recently recovered from catastrophic HDD failure and am looking to get New Vegas looking as it did. I found an updated version of the T6M BNB Body but I cannot for the life of me find that equipment port. Only thing I remember was I found the link for it on the description page of another mod maker.
