Looks good so far, but one little thing: Why is the log texture old, dead wood? It would make a little more sense if it resembled freshly cut logs.

Those are actually pretty nice looking textures. I always liked the higher res textures for minecraft, at least the ones that kept close to the originals. When that is finished I would definitely DL it and use it. Are these 256 or 512?

I won't touch 512 with a bargepole.I'm all for higher resolutions but not something that is so grainy you literally cannot see what a block is in your hotbar.256 is my limit and what I always will make my packs for. :D

 

 

Edit: Crafting bench, wood and mossy cobblestone. Glass is... incomplete.

I think we have a sort of griefer on the server. My snow golem was killed again and someone has cleared the bottom three rows of snow blocks from my giant snow golem. My bed was also moved to my sheep pasture and my pumpkins stolen.

I will be making my usual 128x and 64x versions.

Won't be finished until after christmas most likely.

 

In Other News.

The server got a nice update, permissions are back in order and I'm going to need everyone to come on when and if they can so I can make sure you're all in the correct groups.

Just had to add Tropicalfishboy to the builder group as he couldn't build.

Those who were already in a group -should- be okay, so that includes all the regulars before 1.0

 

This means your buildings are safe from griefing. If they get griefed we WILL know about it.

 

 

In Other -better- News.

I've dived into creating Font textures for Minecraft.

It sucks at the moment but here is my first one, tell me what you guys think :)
