Open the race's .esp file in the construction set and alter the numbers in this area.

Yup. See the area on the right that says Specials, and under it Spells? Just open up the spell pull-down menu on the left side of the screen (screenshot), find an ability and drag it over into that box.

Ok so where does one get this program and is it hard to use? Blender has been a nightmare ._. trying to learn. Thanks for the response!
