Skyrim Shimmermist Cave CTD on area/enterance load

Hi Folks I need some help.

 

Shimmermist Cave is a Cave on a small mountain NorthEast of Whiterun. Most notable is the Shrine of Talos that you would be given a Quest from the Queen to return her dead husbands horn to the shrine.

 

The problem is anytime I get near the area I immediatly CTD (crash to desktop). I am unable to locate the rhyme, reason, or cause. I have included my load order and LOOT Report I am not sure if it is one the Records or Deleted NavMeshs and I don't know how to fix them.

This images shows the LOD area that I am able to minimize to with the sliders, Blue indicates CTD at max LOD's while Red indicates the CTD and the Lowest Possible LOD settings.

First of all - Clean your game with TES5Edit. If the problem persists after that, activate Papyrus logs so you can view your Crash Logs. These two will basically help figure out the problem. Also, while you're at it, download Safety Load if you haven't already got it and the Save Game Script Cleaner.
