elven retex

i have been trying to do this for a while but the programs i have acsess too wont let me i was looking for eleven armor retex's so they suit my dunmer and bosmer characters better like more blues and silvers for the dunmer and more burnished golds/copper tones for the bosmer

Try Paint.NET which is very easy to use and supports layers (which is a must)

 

GIMP is also quite popular but has a larger learning curve (but also has more features)
