Hey guys, first time posting for help here, im having a weird issue with my fallout game, for some reason when i started playing my weapons had a regular damage, after getting my first WMK from the Weapon Mod Kit Mod, damage droped down...a lot...right now im trying to get in the simulation for the Anchorage DLC...a full condition Silenced 10mm gun is dealing 2 damage...2 damage...i managed to get to this point in the game, it was a hard time...but now that im trying to get into Dc...yeah, im not sure my 2 to 11 weapon damage guns will make the cut...any ideas? I wouldn't really mind if this was just a pip boy visual clitch but, it takes me a really huge amount of shoots to kill things...heck even a raider with their crappy armor can get close an personal, taking 10 shots to the head and still almost getting nothing, have to relly on TGM to keep surviving...no fun in that.

BTW, My game is in Spanish (im from Mexico), i have 100 points on small guns...and still, 2 damage...This is my load order:

Plug in data listed in the plugin.txt file.

C:\users\(username"your name)\AppData\Local\Fallout3\plugin.txt file.

example here's mine (C:\Users\Purr4me\AppData\Local\Fallout3\plugins.txt)

you can always open that and even edit it. but that is the best source of direct data involved in an game--play

through if not using a mod manager.

It sort is confusing and a blury post. you can edit that and replace what you posted with a cleaned up thing, I am sure some one here can help you out.

Yes I see that, My eye's still hurt from the size of that list. you can do with out re-quoting it, but it's ok.

So, you have only the one complaint. weapons damage is set hard? and very low...is it also set this way for the opposition?

Do you have the loader version of fo3edit say 3..15 ..? you need top make a clean merged patch and see if it picks up the discrepencies of "damage" in the patch. if it does not, then you need to disable all mods and install then on a saved game currently and back it up.

then load the game wait and check the stats. if back to normal. exit "without saving.

add on 4 more mods and repeat this:

when the stats start to change when you check them. you have isolated a set of mods that effect these changes. you exit ,write down their names and continue until the process brings you back to where you are currently now at.

each instance there is a change, you have noted what mods effect these changes and can post them.

Now with that information your armed, ,you can Omit them from the load order and see what is left over, see if any dependencies pop up from those removed.

Any mod that relies on another , disable until you have a lower set up of them and then load the game and verify the stat's are now normal .

IF so ?? now we can decide what we can do for you, what mods need a patch and how to go about that.

No body is going to load up all those mods just to make a patch. you want to learn, here's the first steps hands on.

ok then, i guess i'll need to start unistalling and reinstalling...this may take a while...i'll be back later, but for now, thanx :3

And about the other things, i have FO3Edit 3.0.32...i think i need to update it xD...and well, is weird, i dont seem to do enough damage to kill, in fact, sometimes i hit them and deal no damage, but they can kill me in 3 or 5 shots...so is really weird...

FO3Edit 3.0.32

Please use 3.0.31 instead, the reasons is the scripts packaged up support certain things the later versions no more support.

I have a bundled package of specific scripts that go in a different direction of development. That leans more towards the fallout series of the games rather than the later versions.

Or update to the very latest versions. But it is really up to you ,just make sure I know which you choose to use, that way I will know what to do.

setting up that program requires a bit of knowledge before executing any editing, we mainly require it to verify load order bugs ... not really needing to edit things, just use it's functions so we can sort things out, it's faster than screwing around with load order tools.

IF you require It, I have backed up all load order templates since 2009 to date...pick a date.

why? because most mods are removed from the current templates so they won't sort. Hence the current established mess we have.

The bigger the machine, the easier it is to shut it down. I read that some place...saw it too in movies. Hate it when on a bike run with friends, and at the biker in front kicks up a twigg and it lands in your spokes....on the front wheel of your bike...going downhill at 40+ mph. nice ,Flying with out a parachute makes your day.

all we need is the tool as a verification device .that's all, we will use the GECK to fix the bug once found. IF we can?

I sincerely hope that what you posted in your original post was not a load order.

If it is, you need to go to the FWE mod page or the Fellout mod page a study the suggested load orders that are provided there.

To handle your load order, you need to download and install B.O.S.S. http://boss-developers.github.io/

You also need to go back to the Blackened page and read it. You do not have the correct version of Mart's Mutant Mod.

Ok, i have a doubt there, BOSS or LOOT? which one is better? And MMM i've downloaded it many times, and it always gives me that vrsion, i think is not porperly named...and ok, i'll check the suggested load orders :)

You do not have the correct version of MMM to use with Blackened. Read the Blackened page.

Your load order looks like you used LOOT. Do not use LOOT for Fallout 3. It will kill your game in an instant.

The purple hurt my eye's ,Fomm or boss...Not loot. we cleaned up that list and I was ..eh, how you say don't know where to start.

To many unknowns, the Engine and game in question is Spanish...so there is going to be problems.

Nmm won't follow FWE's set up..Tied it many times.

Boss is using loot's template..have you open that up recently? Apathetically speaking ,the top mod listed in it is a fix it mod.

Imagine street lights ending up underneath that? any other mods listed By name.

we go slow, allow the user to get a good idea of whats wrong. Too many mods listed to sort out with given tools.

when said "Uninstall things",? um there's a lot there, there is a lot that was overwritten too. So all I can do is wait and see what takes place.

There are so many places that show the correct installing of the games mods known to date here on the site, but no consolidated effort has been made recently, the older mod's most of them once here are now gone. Out dated and no longer work with newer setups.

I have No idea what the data would appear as in another language such as Spanish? Russian yes chech, yes, Bosnian, yes, German ,yes. but anything else, nope.

On Steam, there is a channel for Spanish speaking individuals and games. basically translated shows a concurrence of the same things here.

Easter is tomorrow and I had egg's to hide for the young ones to find.

here we will find other types of "eggs", game easter?
