AlucardDracula77
Hello to any that reads this. I have searched through several topics regarding my problem, but I do not know how to word it to put it into the search box. I have FCOM & several other mods installed & I have used BOSS to sort them out. While playing, I keep hearing a continuous noise, like when activating an altar, but repeatedly & non-stop. When I engage in combat, it seems kind of double, or rather it adds on another exact same set of noise, so it's like it has been doubled. Here is my complete Mod order list. Fonger
I have used BOSS to sort them outStreamline 2.1.esp you NEED to read and understand BOSS' report before you continue the quoted item is clearly something BOSS tells you something about and you have not taken action. and that alone puts your entire load order in question. BTW if you don't get a report from BOSS, you either didn't install it correctly or didn't run it correctly Edited December 9, 2010 by Fonger
AlucardDracula77
I apologize for my inexperience with BOSS. I did everything that was noted to help make my load order better, and while doing so I found out the problem with the noise. It seems the sudden violence ESPs were doing so, for some reason. Deleting 3 of them ceased the problem. I thank you very much for telling me I need to read the info BOSS gave me. It has helped immensely & now I can enjoy this game. -Alucard Edit: Actually it only got rid of the sound when I am not in combat. When I am in combat it persists. I have also followed all the suggestions of BOSS except the bash tags part, which I do not understand.Alas I do not think I will fix this problem, & for now I do not care. Thank you for help. Smooth613
You need a Script Effect Silencer. One of you mods is using script effects to perform an action. It's likely noted in the ReadMe of that particular mod that you need a silencer. You should always read the documentation surrounding the mods you have installed.
