Windhelm textures glitch and candlehearth hall problem

Hi, I have problem with textures in Windhelm just look: https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=263pNlyWW7E

It was recorded without mods altering Windhelm

 

And the second problem is in candlehearth hall:

Anyone have any idea what's going on?

i have a couple questions:

 

1. how did you find this glitch I.E did you suddenly decide to uninstall all mods and see what happens?

2. What is your mod list and order, and did this appear when they were on

2.5. If you have no texture or lighting mods at all, do you have an up to date skyrim and the unofficial patches?

1.The problem is I don't really remember, I had this glitch from some time

2.The only mod editing Windhelm that I'm using is Dawn of Windhelm, but I had that glitch before installed it(I was hoping that It would fix this)
