Searching for specific build-mod

Hello guys,

First, english is not my native language so I apologize in advance for spelling- or grammar faults.
I’m not that well versed in using this forum and I hope I chose the correct part of this forum for my problem. I not so, I beg you pardon and to please move this thread into the correct folder.

Since yesterday I’ve been searching for a specific mod I used to use a while ago. After searching literally the whole www, I can’t se any other solution but to ask here for help – maybe anybody knows that mod I’m talking about.

It is a mod that enables you to build things ingame. Included objects were house-building objects (such as fences, houses, benches, stairways etc), a lot of plants, useable objects (such as beds, chests, alchemy-workingplaces etc) and other decoration stuff. I remember a small, plain grey, new and completely flat map included where you could practice building your stuff. That map was reachable through a door somewhere in north-west of the world-map.
I remember getten one or several apples you could use to open the building-menu. There you could choose the object-cathegory and finally search the object you wished to build with. When chosen, the object appeared right in front of your character and was moveable as you moved your character. It also was possible to scale, rotate, scroll upwards/downwards the objects, everything via the menu opened with the apple in your inventory. I know that there a a bunch of similar mods, but I’m searching for this explicit one and can’t find it anymore.

I already testet out: Placeable Statics, Jaxonz Positioner, Build Your Own Home, Fellkreath Cottage, Home Construction and Decoration, Decorator Assistant, SkyTweak without finding what I’m looking for.

Does anyone of you guys have a clue what the name of that mod I’m looking for is? I’m pretty sure it was a mod from Nexusmods.
