broken steel conflicts?

heya, can anyone tell me why broken wont start after the project purity, im supposed to come out of a coma, instead i just carry on as normal

I have the level cap remover mod (so im already at lvl25 before project purity end) but that doesnt seem to be a problem.

I also have the mod which lets you choose fawkes to complete the game so i can carry on playing after.

i have just bought broken steel, point lookout, OA and the pitt, if anyone knows if any of my mods will conflict with these please let me know :

I think he just left it out since it was so obvious, but you never know...
