need help with mods

how can i use 2 mods at the same time. i am taking about mods with textures and meshes cause when i have 2 mods with textures and meshes i can't use both because it tells me one with that name already exists.

Do these mods add new textures. or alter existing ones?

 

 

 

If two mods replace the same texture, then whichever one you install last il take precedence.

 

 

 

If they're not texture replacers, it's fine to just overwrite- but just to be sure, give us more info first.

It's likely not the TEXTURES that already exist with the same name, just the texture FOLDER. When you confirm to overwrite it, it doesn't remove the textures in the folder at that time and adds the new, it just adds the new textures to the textures already in the folder. Unless you download two mods retexturing the same thing (which is unlikely) none of your downloaded textures will be lost.
