Modded Fallout NV 4GB game won't even start

All of a sudden my modded Fallout NV game won't even start up, it opens this black window and it immediately closes and nothing happens. And it happens every time I click on 4GB launcher. It's a heavily modded game. I've used LOOT and it says there're no errors. I looked into FNVEdit and that showed nothing. And I can't find anything useful on the internet (yet). Help would be much appreciated.
