If you have any grasp of what you're doing in FNVEdit, which you should have if you're developing a mod with contributions from several people, then it doesn't take much effort to merge by hand. In fact I'd wager that it'd be required to do it by hand, since a script lacks the ability to weigh what changes you need to preserve and which should be overridden. Especially when multiple versions of a plugin contain the same records but containing different data. Now, do you have anymore concerns regarding my answer, or can we quit beating around the bush?
