HDR Bloom effect problem

Hey guys

I'm experiencing this massive bloom issue and it's obviousy quite hard to look at in the pic so you can just imagine what it's like in game. I'd really appreciate your help because holyhell is it horrible to look at.

Fixes tried so far
Removing the enb injector
Verifying cache
Imaginator (Sadly you can't lower bloom only increase it)
Resetting my Skyrim Ini File
Command console (Teodis)

The only thing that made a difference was teodis but it didn't make enough of a difference

Wow. Super bright!

 

First, I'd be sure that you have no ENB enabled or leftover in your game folder, if you intended to remove it. If ENB still resides in the game folder, the preset must be for something very dark. If you were using ENB Injector, it is possible to have SweetFX still running with the game. Be sure SweetFX is not the culprit. To check in game, press "shift+F12" to toggle ENB effects...or press "Pause/Break" to toggle SweetFX effects.

 

I'm not sure how well "IShdr1bloom0_All.esp" works with COT, might disable that and Imaginator until you find what it causing the uber-bloom/brightness.

 

Aside from the lighting issue, you might check for usefulness of "Convenient Horses - Faster Sprint.esp" and its load order position (it is above Convenient Horses in your list here, and CH has MCM menu to adjust run/sprint speed).
