lordsoulstrike
I installed NVSE and all my mods textures/meshes arent working? Do you have ArchiveInvalidated? That is needed to make meshes and textures show up in game. You will also have to go to your base game folder and edit your Fallout_default.ini. AII.bsa is the same empty bsa file, however it is shortened because of the 255 character limit. It cannot be first because after the 1.1 update it messed things up a bit and doing so would crash the game. Make sure to put all the NVSE under the main folder and not the Data folder. SArchiveList=Fallout - Meshes.bsa, Fallout - Voices1.bsa, Fallout - Sound.bsa, Fallout - Misc.bsa, AII.bsa, Fallout - Textures.bsa, Fallout - Textures2.bsa Hope this helps

SecretStash
Steam patched Fallout today, NVSE out of date till it patches to new version. Ahhhhhhhhh!!111 I played all day, took a break to eat and run errands, came back and NVSE is now telling me I've a wrong Fallout version. Blast you Steam update! I've so many NVSE requiring mods that it's fair to say my game is unplayable without it. Particularly the Pip-boy Readius. When NVSE doesn't work, my character just facepalms instead of pulling it up. :wallbash: Who do I need to pay to get NVSE patched tonight? Geministar
BTW, if this ever happens again, there is a quick (and dirty?) way to get to a pipboy again. 1. Disable Readius in FOMM2. Move the Readius .bsa and .esp somewhere else (you don't need to delete them, because you're going to use it again...I just made a directory under .../fallout new vegas/Data called Readius and moved the files there).3. Load the game, check that you get shown your (bare) forearm when activating the pipboy. Save and exit.4. Now, you can either got get one of the Pipboy 3000 replacement mods (I went and got the 'Hologram' one), or revert to the default Pipboy 3000 until NVSE updates. 4a. Install the replacement Pipboy 3000 mod.5. Load game, pull up the console, type in; player.additem 15038 1 player.equipitem 15038 There should now be a Pipboy 3000 on your forearm. 6. Once NVSE updates, simply move the Readius files back to the .../fallout new vegas/Data directory, activate Readius in FOMM and if you installed a replacement pipboy mod, remove the .../meshes/Pipboy3000 & .../textures/Pipboy3000 directories that you added. If you used the default/vanilla pipboy, then you don't need to remove any files. Edited December 14, 2010 by Geministar
