nightslide
Hi,I apologize if this has already been posted, but I couldn't find anything.I've just started the game, and I'm wondering if there's any mods/tools that will let me 'look' at my character outside of the game. I don't want to edit anything, but since I'm still learning, it's sometimes nice to check things as I'm reading about them online. Since I have a min req. computer, starting the game each time to do so, doesn't really work so well. Thanks for anyone's help in advance. d

If you want pictures of your characters for avatars, desktop, just for fun, etc., you can take screenshots in the game by pressing "print screen" after you change the ini file to say "enable screenshots=1." If you want to keep track of your saves, you could try making a screenie just after saving and then labeling it with the date and time so you can tell where it goes chronologically. WarKirby3333
There's a console command to allow you to save with a certain name, rather than file 1/2/3/4 etc. I think it's 'save xxxx' or 'savegame xxxx' where xxxx is the name of the save
GBHis
There's a program here on TESS.Search for "ess" or "save manager". It'll let you have a look at your character's stats, cell, mods loaded and will let you change basic things.

Hi, and thank you for your response.I did a search, and found two, but they appear to only let you manage your save files if you have more than one character. Here's a link:http://www.tessource.net/files/file.php?id=2342 Am I looking at the right thing? It looks to me like it's only to 'fix' if you have more than one character. Any other advice? Thanks, d [sorry, I don't know that that's possible yet, unless someone else had heard of a program. Thanks for your response, I appreciate it.I'm not wanting to actually view the character, not physically, but to see what my current skills, stats, inventory?, etc are. I'm just new, so still trying to find out if I have a decent character coming together, and which skills are useful, things like that. Thanks again, d
