I would imagine outside sin-city would be a good place for it, and it doesn't even need to be dirty or anything. It could be abandoned and ravaged, maybe some enterprising Entrepreneur went in and made it a strip club? Maybe the original man could have had a ton of kids, and they continued the idea of, hey, there's one guy, tons of women, let's get it on. I'd just like to see some kind of quest, or maybe a new home.
