I seem to be stuck in a bit of a loop. I've managed to get the NV launcher up, and every time I hit 'play', I get a standard 'User account Control' message saying if I want to allow the program to make changes to my computer. I hit yes, and it restarts the launcher. When I hit play, that same message comes up, and it continues to loop. I'm starting to get pissed because the second this patch came out, I became unable to play a game I paid good money for :( Any help would be appreciated! Edit: I just turned off my user account control, and launcher keeps restarting itself instead of loading the game up.

I keep getting an error message every time I try to start up with the NVSE launcher Launching (File location) failed (740). Any ideas? Edit: Nevermind, just had to click 'Run as Administrator' because I'm a retard.

Actually, it was when she was 6. Oddly enough, those three years of age make it even worse. Edit: Nevermind, just looked it up, she got married at 9. Lol, my attempt at being a know-it-all fails.

It's one thing to make a controversial mod for yourself and play and enjoy it on your own, it's quite another thing to post it up and throw it in people's faces and want them to accept it. There's also a difference between Tolerance and Acceptance. I can tolerate a -lot- of things I don't approve of, but I don't accept any of it. Just some food for thought.

Vault 69, an experiment by Vault-tec to see what would happen when there's one man, and 500 women. I would imagine outside sin-city would be a good place for it, and it doesn't even need to be dirty or anything. It could be abandoned and ravaged, maybe some enterprising Entrepreneur went in and made it a strip club? Maybe the original man could have had a ton of kids, and they continued the idea of, hey, there's one guy, tons of women, let's get it on. I'd just like to see some kind of quest, or maybe a new home. That'll be all up to the modder, I'd just like to see something done with this xD

Actually, if anyone wants to try and tutor me, I'd love to learn how to mod. I've been wanting to make a weapons similar to a Warhammer 40k Assault cannon and Autocannon for a while now, or even some new armor. <---- *Blank slate rich for learning ^^*

So, yesterday I had downloaded a few new mods, and when I started up NVSE, my pip-boy was missing. At first I thought it was my Readius mod screwing up, but that wasn't it, because the pip-boy was missing without it on. The animation of holding your PC's arm up (Or hand, in the case of the Readius mod) still went through, but no menu and no pip-boy at all. I can't access the in-game menu because of this, making the game unplayable. I've tried disabling -all- of my mods and this still doesn't resolve the issue.
