A_Muller
Ok, I have installed the HGEC Body 1,21 mod correctly (works for the other races) and I have Ozmo's high-res skin textures correctly installed (I downloaded the 2 default files, merged them and added the optional files correctly). I've used the InstallTool that comes with it correctly (since it works for all other races) but whenever I chose any of Ren's Mystic elves the entire skin is moved around (I get a nipple texture close to the elbow, the vagina ends up on the left side of the stomach, etc. how do I fix this? I really want a mystic elf race :(
LFact
You have to get and install correct texture. I remember there was Exnem EyeCandy-Mystic Elf texture, but now it was gone. Instead, install Mystic Elf texture from Ozmo's HiRez pack.
A_Muller
That's what I thought I did when I use the optional mystic elf files here: http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=20022
LFact
Make sure Ozmo's textures properly replaced RenFootFemale(_n).dds.
A_Muller
The only textures I find (if I manually explore the mystic elf, mystic dark elf-remake and mystic high elf-remake are files named: "FootFemale01.dds" (01-05 for each hair folder) and a "HandFemal.dds" in the main race folder. But when I look in the character\ren\mystic... folders in my oblivion folder I see two for each body part (one with and one without "_n" so i don't get how I should do when manually replacing since I don't have enough files to replace the originals with. (I hope I'm understandable through this mess; it's hard to explain the folder tree and the files in them :P)
LFact
You have to rename FootFemale??.dds to RenFootFemale.dds if you want to install body texture manually. If you use Ozmo's installer, it's easier to do.
A_Muller
So only the foot texture needs to be replaced? The installer apparently don't do it right since I have this problem when using it :P
A_Muller
Seriously, no one can shed light on this?
LFact
So only the foot texture needs to be replaced? The installer apparently don't do it right since I have this problem when using it :P For most major body replacers, foot texture is used as body texture to wrap whole body seamlessly. So, yes. Just copy and rename the texture you want, then copy the renamed texture over original texture.(And normal maps(_n.dds) too)
