Nexus Mod Manager VS Mod Organizer, my thoughts

So I started off using NMM like everyone else. Then I saw a video on youtube by Gopher about a new mod manager called Mod Organizer. It offered some advanced features NMM didn't so I tried it out and loved it. With MO you can install a mod and are given a popup window wheere you can uncheck certan parts of the mod u dont need/want, re-arrange the mod to suit your needs and so on. That part I liked a lot. The part I didn't like so much as the fact that the more mods I installed with MO the more unstable FNV got. My max number of mods with MO was about 66. Beyond that and FNV wouldn't even start. So I moved back to NMM but decided to try the new beta 6.0 and since moving back, I have about 88 mods installed with no problems. I don't know, I really loved MO but at the same time it really seemed to hate FNV for some reason.

My PC specs:

AMD FX 8350 8-Core Processor

8GB DDR3 RAM

Windows 7 Home 64bit

Geforce 970

Just wanted to throw my 2 cents out there and my personal experiences with both mod managers.

Another weird thing is the only way I can play Fallout 3 on my pc is to install the huge Tale of Two Wastelands mod which merges F03 with FNV, but that means 2 worlds load at the same time and my pc hates that mod and after maybe 10 minutes of game play the game starts slowing down to a crawl which doesnt happen with just FNV. Fallout 3 by itself just crashes on startup no matter what I try, and I've tried all the supposed "windows 7 crash fixes."
