SCAR for NV?

I was just wondering if anyone has made a SCAR-L or SCAR-H for New Vegas yet? I've done a ton of searching but haven't found anything.

Thats the one I'm looking for, with iron sights. I have the one with the Eotech but you cant aim down sights with it. Where can I get that one?

i wish i could tell ya but i dont remember since i have over 100 weapon mods and game effect mods running. give me a bit to figure out which mod it is... this may take a while....

In square brackets after the title: Ж - yellow SCAR, Ч - black SCAR, Л - laser sight, О - telescopic sight. Г - suppressor. Letters in square brackets on Russian language. I don't use modifiaction system, because it very booooooring and hard for me.
