I have added a bunch of nude and sex mods to fall out new vegas that I bought through steam, the game I bought, I got the mods from here and I even have my own mod manager and a premium account. I believe I have installed them correctly, and they even show up on the new vegas data files when I open. I do not think it is that I have too many mods, because i took them all off except for one, and it still wouldn't work, I believe it is the settings I have the mod manager in, or my pc settings. Maybe steam is being stupid. If you know how to fix it, please let me know.

So... your suffering a CTD (Crash to Desktop), or is it a CTBS (Crash to Black Screen) that you then have to cntrl-alt-dlt out of? I ask because, that's one of two different problems. Black screen usually means NVSE error and CTD means mod conflict. If your running multiple body pack mods together then that's probably one way to cause an issue. If you've taken all of your mods off and its still crashing, then most likely its NVSE. Since you bought the game from Steam and downloaded it, most likely you forgot to download NVSE for the numerous mods on Nexus. This is a common thing to forget, but it is absolutely necessary for anything that requires extended scripts. Check your mods and see if you have NVSE updated correctly. Beyond that... let's see... check for DLC content to see if your mods require anything you don't have. Uh... what else... there are a lot of things that cause this problem... I would ask which mods you are using... but... you know... I don't want to embarrass you.

don't worry, although i'm not a freak, I am not ashamed of what I like. Although i admit it is a terrible habit, it is mine, and I have faced it. Anyway, you were right, it was a crash to desktop. I went to the nexus mod manager and made some necessary changes. I believe it is my computer, because I have gotten almost all of the mods to work except for the bubblegum sex mod, IDK, and it will still crash with the others I have installed mostly because it is too much data. I appreciate that you have taken the time to write back, but I have resolved the problem.

PS: the mods I was using were the nude and sex ones you get on this website. I had gotten almost every one of them downloaded and into my mod manager.. My favorite one has to be the "hump the mojave" lol, anyway. Thank you, and have a good day.
