run that load order through BOSS (as found on tesnexus)

 

then read through its report slowly and carefully - correcting any issues it notes

 

if BOSS doesn't give you a report - then you either didn't install or run it properly

 

 

next install wrye bash (also found on tesnexus)

 

and install and rebuild the bashed patch (from wrye bash)
