wastelandhero20
I have been learning to make mods for FNV for a few months now, and I have been working with a friend of mine who has all the 3d modeling know how. The mod has a resourse that someone else created, we have permision to use this resourse as long as the mod is only used for our pesonal game. We have no intent on uploading the mod or pictures of the mod, we only plan on keeping it on our personal computers. However the files are on my friends computer and when its finished I was planing on sending a copy of the mod to my own computer and then use the "add mod from file" feature on the Nexus mod manger to install it. I wanted to make sure that I won't get in any kind of trouble for using NMM with a mod that otherwise would not be OK to upload to the nexus. I apologize if I asked this in the wrong place, and thank you for your time.
EvilDeadAsh34
As a non-authority here you can take what i have to say with a grain of salt but there shouldn't be any problems. I often used to install mods that i made for myself in the same way you are. I never had problems. And just by what you said already you aren't using or uploading anything you don't have permission to use so i wouldn't worry.
