Feltmarskal
I heard EVGA should be number 1, but what about Zotac? I see their name popping up all over. MSI... I think i'll pick something else for a change. Edited December 19, 2010 by Feltmarskal

urbex
For MOBOs, EVGA is god tier. MSI, ASUS, & Gigabyte follow. As far as GPUs go, MSI usually has the best cooling, EVGA, Gigabyte, & ASUS are acceptable, and XFX & Sapphire are meh. They're great quality but are highly expensive.

secksegai
One thing to consider is support - taking a look at a company's support page can provide a bit of insight to what to expect. Great-engineering is one thing, but considering the investment, you've also got to consider the support end for extended use.

Yeah, If I were going to drop that much I'd definitely go with EVGA.

That one is fine alongside a core2duo and 4GB of ram. OP would obviously get something on the level of the rest of his components.
