Wrye Bash and Missing Files

Is that your entire loaded mods? And please do not put spaces in code boxes, and please include the spoiler tages, too when you post mod lists, so that they get tucked away to save space -- as I said previously, please copy/paste the ENTIRE outpot from Wrye Bash when you 'List Mods'.

If that is not you entire list, can you post a list of your mods from BOSS? Post your BOSSLog.

Does wrye bash work exclusively only with itself, and in no way compatible with obmm? If so, that would be my mistake. I've been using OBMM to install mods whenever possible, but a few want an updated bash patch which is the only reason I've finally looked at wrye bash so far.

I'm also considering the possibility that I overloaded the mod folder... it's full, maybe.

also, there's a few mods that have a regular and an SI version that will probably show up on boss. I think the ESP's are both in the data folder, but I don't try to activate both at the same time, just fyi.

Active Mod Files:
00 Oblivion.esm
01 DLCShiveringIsles.esp
02 Bashed Patch, 0.esp

That's everything from list mods under files in the mods tab pasted directly.

That's the problem, no matter how many mods I try to activate, it deactivates them off when I load wrye bash, and doesn't seem to know they're there, even when attempting to update the bash patch, there's no mention of them.

(hope these spoiler tags are working, never tried them before:)

anyway, here's what boss reports:

Ok further googling seems to indicate that if I start a new character I don't need the bashed patch at all. Ack, if that's true, I guess I'll just do that, I don't think I'm going to get this thing to work.

Edit: nevermind, I guess that's not true. (Can't delete a post?)

Ok, both OBMM and BOSS are showing all of your mods, and yet Wrye Bash is not. There can be only one explanation: you have not installed Wrye Bash correctly. Suggest you completely uninstall it, remove all traces of it, including Python, and start from scratch. Follow these instructions by Smooth613:

I did a deep uninstall of everything python and wyre related (one that included registry entries) and then reinstalled, and it seems to be working now. ;) I guess it just needed a deeper uninstall. I found other versions of python on the computer that for the life of me I don't ever recall installing, so I'm assuming that had something to do with the problem. Some old program from years ago must have included it. But it's working now, thanks.
