Hey guys, So I have never modded a game before so im looking for a little bit of help. I have downloaded several mods that im interested in and have been using the Nexus Mod Manager. I enabled all the mods and also have used the NMM's automatic sorting. But my problem comes with starting the game, each time i try and start the game it closes out right after the bethesda logo dissapears. Then when i restart the game it will only boot up with a couple of my mods.

Listed below are my mods i was wondering if anyone could help with the sorting of them or had any other advise on this. I dont have a clue how any of it should be sorted or really much of an idea on how this all works. Lol sorry for my ignorance, but thank you for the help.

First you need all 4 of the unofficial patches. They fix a HUGE amount of bugs and glitches and also make the game play more stable.

What you are experiencing is a CTD, Crash To Desktop. this is caused by 1 of 3 things:

1) a bad load order: IE a secondary mod being loaded before a primary mod

2) a missing Primary file

3) you're loading this file = RND_USKP-Patch.esp = but yet you don't have the USKP ESM file loaded in your load order - USKP = Unofficial Skyrim Patch

ALL of your problems SHOULD be able to be fixed very easily if you download and install all 4 of the unofficial patches AND follow my guide step by step

Actually i figured that out, thank you. But Tes5edit isnt downloading for me. Window consistently pops up saying windows has encountered a problem and asking me if i want to check online for a solution. But as for Wrye Smash 305, the only ones that are check 'red' is RND purewaters patch-esp, rnd drinking fountains patch.esp, and unofficial High Resolution patch.esp.

they are red because you do not have those mods / primary files installed and loaded in your load order so you should not have the patches loaded for them either

i will check on Tes5Edit

Edit: Use this link, below, it's a direct download for you. I just downloaded tes5 with no problems

Ok thank you, ill do that now. The only mods that i see that havnt been working is the FNISsexymove, which doesnt matter, and the Immersive weapons mod even though the armors one is working. But as for TES5EDIT, that will clean up the mods that Wyre Smash says needs to be fixed?

Apart from that everything seems to be running rather fine and smoothly with no hiccups at all. Thank you very much for your assistance. Actually added a couple more mods to the list due to your help.

cool, just make sure you follow all 3 steps, VERY important to do ALL 3

I play every day for 4 - 9 hours and I almost never CTD, the only time I do CTD is from the memory cap issue thanks to Bethesda
