Load Order help?

well for some reason NV works just find and dandy, untill i entered the strip (i played for maybe 8-9 hours before entering it) with all these mods, and now i CTD randomly, like when i first entered i CTD, restarted got in, went to see Mr House, then CTD'd when i chose head up to penthouse. How does this load order look? Anything that could be causing this?

Have you tried creating a merged patch or bashed patch? have you tried using master update?

 

Or if you want to take a brute force, simply disable your mods 10 at a time until the problem goes away, then reactivate them one at a time until problem repeats.
