Iv000
When i closed the game, i checked for the cpu usage, and it said that both cores are under 30% (AMD 550 BE dualcore, other specs on my profile). Now i don't have any problems with the game, sometimes stuttering and such, but it runs good almost always at 30-45 FPS outdoors and 60 indoors.I would love to see how it is doing at 60% CPU usage, but i have no idea what to do.I don't have the d3d9.dll fix (and i don't need it), i don't have any graphical enhancement mods and i don't have AA turned on and AF is at 4, Vsync is on, CCC setting are on performance, tripple buffering on. ( i have inumHWThreads set to 2 in my .ini)Since it isn't really a problem i don't expect much (if any) help, but i will reward the good people who help with kudos (Chirstmass Gift). By the way,Merry Christmas!
MadMike710
I'm not quite sure what you're trying to do but if you want to check the CPU usage when the game is open, press Alt+Tab then open task manager and check. It won't show the actual CPU usage of the game if you close it first. :) Also Merry Christmas to you too! :D Edited December 24, 2010 by MadMike710
Fumofumo
Merry Christmas, with that aside... You can't make your computer use 60% CPU usage. It only uses what it requires to get things running properly and in no way will magically increase your FPS unless it is some idiotically crafted game that is heavily dependent on the CPU instead of the GPU but usually its a combination of both. If you want more FPS then you will need better or multiple GPUs. Currently, your CPU is just having a grand time not needing to extend too many resources to run the game. :D, unlike mine that does. Aaaaw, well thanks for the answer (+1 Kudos), would have been nice to pump it up at 80% and look at the FPS tripple, but i guess that i can't force the game to process things that it doesn't need. My CPU is just too awesome for that 8)
