One-way valve in the bottom of the cup. That's the red part you see in the cup as they put it on the filler. Really cool idea, actually.

That's very smart. In fact that reminds me of this engineering student who used basic properties of fluid mechanics to solve the excessive fizzing problem with beer taps. That process must save the users a lot of time and money (consider a baseball stadium,) seeing the demand and how the fizzing creates inefficiency.

It could be used to serve any beverage dispensed from a keg or tank. It's a win, win savings devise and FUN!
