LHammonds
also, are you using Archive Invalidation??I thought that was only for model and texture replacers...where the content added is the EXACT same path as what is in the BSA files that shipped with the game. Any new content with a unique path "shouldn't" require any kind of AI...I could be wrong though since my primary experience is with Oblivion modding...not Fallout. EDIT: I'm not much better than a newbie when it comes to modding FO3, Dragon Age or New Vegas. My realm is Oblivion and I only poke my head out when I see something similar and shiny in the distance...it may very well be that invalidation works differently between these games...or I don't have a firm grasp of how it actually works in Oblivion. ;)

TrooperScooperMKII
Man, I feel stupid I found the tutorial for integrating new weapons, and it told me what to do.. still, what is the Archive Invalidation? I remember trying a FO3 mod with new textures but I couldn't get the Archive Invalidation to waork (b/c of my installed DLC) so I'm a little worried... I'm planning to add a lot of new content in my bunker, so I want to be able to add new meshes and textures. How would I get Archive Invalidation to work with any future DLC that I install? WastelandAssassin
quite frankly, i don't recall Archive Invalidation having a problem with any DLC whatsoever, and i have all of them for FO3i have had my fair share of mods, and Archive Invalidation worked perfectly, no matter what still, it has been a LONG time since i have done this for FO3, so i can't remember most of ithowever, i don't think that you will have a problem with Archive Invalidation, and if a DLC will cause such a problem, there will be a solution (there is no way that none of the members here will have the DLC. and solve the problem it has) also, Archive Invalidation is a one time thingyou don't need to install or change it with every mod you have, and it works the same with 1 mod, as it works with 100 mods (well, it works well in both cases) my best recommendation is to focus on the problems of todaybecause no matter what, when a DLC will be released for New Vegas for the PC, if there will be a problem, this community will have a fix for it
