ICERAY2000
I wanted to post this apology to STEAM. A while back I was overly critical of them in a post, based on previous experience with Half Life2. That has changed. I was given FONV by a friend and after registering and playing for a while, I explored their online services, and even bought more software. I had one issue which they addressed quickly, and so far play has been flawless for a half dozen games now in my library. I was wrong, STEAM has really gotten their act together and I am glad I had the opportunity to revisit them.So for anyone out there who has concerns about STEAM as a provider, I suggest you go ahead, you won't be sorry and you will be so grateful you don't have the "secure rom" problems of FO3 (my copy never ran until I patched it twice.)Now I've got it all! FO3 AND FONV! Gaming pleasure for life! Plus great diversions when I need a break from the radiation.
JimboUK
Shame Stream is still associated with the Half Life 2 debacle, the service has changed beyond all recognition since then. Their support for modding and indies should be applauded too.
