looking for nice house mod

been seeing some SS of ones with type of pool but cant find any of them with those

 

and any other house mods you guys would like to recommend is appreciated

I can help you, but can you specify what you want a little more? I see you say you want a pool but what else?

Alright, I compiled a list of mods that have pools in them. I also personally recommend all of these, as they are all great houses.

1. Wynton&BeZen's house mods have bath pool.

2. There's indoor bath pool resource, and some house mods use it.

3. Also, some house mods may have used Whitefang's pool resource.

Two other mods that are awesome that add public pools/ bathhouses to the imperial city. They are both really cool.

The house in this mod does not have a pool. What it has is more excitement and action than the typical house mod. In fact, if you are looking for a nice calm place to rest after a hard dungeon crawl, then this house will not be right for you: Lindenshadow Grange

Theyron is by far my favorite one, it's got one of the biggest pools in oblivion I've ever seen, it also has a hottub in the room. Besides the pool, the castle pretty much has everything you'd ever need such as alchemetic sorters with tons of plants or harvest, a smithy, spell altars, a bath that cures your diseases, plenty of guards and npc's to keep the place lively, etc. Also, it is floating in the air high and has tons of private balconies which offer an amazing view. You should check it out! :thumbsup:

If you want something bigger - Glenvar Castle: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=8235 a private pool for the owner, a large bathing pool for the staff (With AI included to use it) and an outside pond with a waterfall.

 

Or smaller - Romancing Eyja. http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=6960 it uses one of the standard player owned houses and modifies it - one of the modifications is a very nice pool in the basement.

 

Both of these come with a quest - Glenvar 2 quests, one to get the castle, then a second one later.

 

Romancing Eyja, the quest is not required to get the house. But starts when you hire the maid.
