Ummm... If you play Oblivion, you could always watch it from the map when you press Tab and choose the little map thingy from lower part of the screen.

 

But incase you dont play it, they are Valenwood, Elsweyr, Black Marsh, Morrowind, Hammerfell and Skyrim.

 

You could always use UESP :)

True but I believe not all the provinces are on the in game map; High Rock and Summerset Isle are too far away.
