The Bal Molagmer are a small section of the theives guild. Honorable theives. They steal from the unjust and rich for the poor. ub3rman123 Posted December 29, 2010 Share Posted December 29, 2010 If I recall the lore correctly, the Bal Molagmer as well as their leader, Gentleman Jim Stacy, were all wiped out. In Morrowind, Gentleman Jim Stacy restarts the Bal Molagmer when your reputation reaches ten. At the completion of the theives guild quest line (your character becomes leader of the guild), Gentleman Jim Stacy disappears With the message of "continue the story of the Bal Molagmer" If you have finished the quest line.
