Rhydderch Hael
Why not simply brew up a crateload of Restore Magicka potions? The West Weald should be your witch's haunt for a while, subsisting on a steady diet of flax seeds.

I agree with Rhydderch Hael :)
Povuholo
Actually, any church, shrine or wayshrine will either be absorbed and turned into magicka or fully restore your magicka... either way: You get full magicka again :)I meant it from a roleplayers point of view. An evil witch doesn't go to church to pray at an altar. An altar with rotting bodies and blood around it is better for that. I forgot about the wayshrines, those work too. Can you use wayshrines more than once a day?
Dilvish
Ruined chapels are a good idea. I've not sure if found that one you mention but I'll check it out. Malegra is doing a lot of alchemy. I didn't pick it as a major since she's using it to make some cash too. The alchemy skill seems to increase quickly and I wanted to control leveling somewhat. There is also a statue in one of the cities that will recharge an Atronach as often as they want. Lucky if you know what I mean. also:Wayshrines can be used once per fame levelAyleid Wells can be used once per day
