KATheHuman
Hey, i'm KATheHuman; the creator of "Ulfricette Stormcloak".It's a mod I released today, currently on Alpha stage. But I have a question, i'm using "Creation Kit". Is there a way to pitch Ulfric'sreal voice to make it higher and girly-like? Anybody help? :/

acidzebra
Well, you'll have to step outside creation kit and into audio software. This also means you will need to know how to extract, convert, and repack voice files. Changing voices:http://audacity.wonderhowto.com/how-to/turn-male-voice-female-voice-with-audacity-424309/(you may find a better one by googling "change male voice to female" or the like). Then you'll need something like fuzextractor to actually get get the existing voice fileshttp://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/950/(this is very old, there may be newer/better options) then you need to convert them to a format you can actually edithttp://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/19242/?orhttp://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/8303/? and finally an audio editing program like audacity which is freehttp://sourceforge.net/projects/audacity/ I fear changing voices is the easiest part, getting everything sorted and back in the game is going to be the very tedious part. I like the mod, by the way :)
skinnytecboy
Honestly, I think your mod is a unique idea and as such deserves doing it justice. I heartily recommend that you seek a voice actor to fill the role rather than "Chipmunk" the dialogue. I think with a female voice you could actually juxtapose the intent of certain lines and give them an entirely different meaning. Check out the voice actors thread here and get PM-ing all that talent that is readily available. Good luck ;)
Mattiewagg
I agree with skinny. There's a lot of potential here. :)
