Hair Bug

I have installed oblivion yesterday and had some problems with it, then it ran fine. Today I have discovered some strange hair textures issues, so I have reinstalled the game, and tried to run it now without any mods, and the hair is still strange. Have you installed any mods? Duh. I need to get some reading glasses lol. Deactivating a mod and removing it are different entirely. If you've simply reinstalled the game to the same place it was in before, you should see that your mods have been preserved, and any files with them. Make sure that any manually installed mods have their textures, meshes, and other files removed as well. Edited by SandsOfTime404

I have uninstalled Oblivion, all mods, obmm, obse, unnoficial oblivion patch, and deleted everything from registry. Then I have restarted computer and installed oblivion and 1.2.146 patch. Its happening on absolutely clean installation of Oblivion.
