None of my mods are loading into my game

I just modded my Skyrim The Elder Scrolls V from scratch adding some of mods suggested by Gophers' Beginner's guide to modding Skyrim tutorial, although I’m no beginner.......I started a new game from the beginning but none of my mods loaded.....

Can someone help me trouble shoot this problem?.....

I really don't want to have to start over since I spent a good portion of 3 days setting up these mods in a way to have the best performance.....Please help!!!

I’m working from a
Laptop

Windows 8.1

Intel® Core i5-4210U CPU @ 1.70GHz 2.40 GHz
4 GB (3.89 GB usable
64-bit x64-based processor

My game is installed:
C/Games/

And

My mods are all stored here:
C/Games/Nexus Mod Manager/Skyrim/Mods/

I”m running Skyrim Legendary edition....I think it’s 1.9.32

I’m using NMM
SKSE...1.7.1

Also using BOSS, I have LOOT but I haven’t figured out how to use it yet...

Can you post a list of your active mods, or a screenshot of your NMM ? As vram said, running Boss should show a report listing your known and unknown mods. Known mods it will even check for issues with dirty edits, ITM errors, etc.

When you run BOSS does it say all of your mods are loaded?

You've got the DLC, High Res Packs, and the Unofficial Patches. Were you expecting other mods? If so they probably aren't activated, check if they have a red X next to them in NMM, if they do double click the ones you want and it will install them, you'll know they are installed when they turn to a green check. Be sure to run Boss again afterwards.

I have 123 active mods...I tried to take screen shots of my NNM but this thread wouldn't let me post it for some reason unbeknownst....It would be 3 screen shots......I'm pretty sure it's not my mods or the mod order (perhaps it is) but I think it has to do with where I have my programs installed....I'll start making a list of my mod order and send it to you....Cheers!!!

Could be path related for sure. The path Boss determined to use is only showing the small list you posted. Way less than 123.

You should see it in your SteamApps/Common/Skyrim folder unless you are using a method to put that on another drive, symbolic links for example. If NMM isn't using that path then it may have installed all your mods to the wrong location.

Yeah those weren't in the load order Boss found. I'd double check your install folders, make sure NMM is pointing to the correct Skyrim folder or check Steam is pointing to the correct place. There's definitely something not right there with that many mods not showing up.

They were all checked green....

NMM:

Under setting in the Skyrim tab:

Mod Directory* C:\Games\Nexus Mod Manager\Skyrim\Mods

Install Info* C:\Games\Nexus Mod Manager\Skyrim\Install Info

Skyrim Directory* C:\Steam\SteamApps\common\skyrim

How do I check to see if Steam is pointing to the correct place?...

Sorry I'm not that familiar with Steam (I'd prefer if I didn't need to use it)

but I guess it's necessary.
