Hickory
You have probably installed OOO incorrectly. I suggest you completely uninstall Oblivion I(sind manually uninstalling OOO can be a nightmare), and then start again. Make sure your Oblivion has the 1.2.0416 patch. After Oblivion is installed and patched, install Oblivion Mod Manager Extended. Now go here and download OOO 1.33 OMOD-ready Complete (OOO_133_Complete.7z - 402.6 Mb).In OBMM, select 'Create' and point the dialog to the newly downloaded 7z archive. Allow it time to finish.Double click on the newly created OMOD in OBMM and answer the questions that pop up, and you're done. Now, if you have a lot of other mods installed, you should consider BOSS and Wrye Bash. Be absolutely sure to read the Wrye Bash instruction at least twice -- it places a full help file 'Wrye Bash.html' in your Oblivion game folder. darkdemon33
I actually installed it right thank you very much for the help though i need to get those programs anyway, it just was not compatible with a few of my other mods and when put together they did not allow me to start a new game. so i took OOO off and used all the other mods because truthfully I dont see a difference, other then it being a lot herder to kill anybody or anything i didnt see more creatures, or better graphics or anything. I did not play it long though because i was dissapointed, after hearing so much great talk and not seeing a difference other then it being harder i took the mod off and am now using other mods. did i just not get far enough into it to notice the changes or did i install it wrong or something? like what changes and improvements did you notice first? Hickory
If you install BOSS and Wrye Bash, OOO will be compatible with almost ANY mod. If you did not see any difference, then you must be very impatient and did not look very hard. Believe me, playing Oblivion with OOO is like playing an entirely different game than vanilla -- and it is not a graphic improver, so foget about "better graphics", that is not what OOO is all about. There are many full quests involved, tons of new items etc.,but it's not all going to happen as soon as you leave the prison sewers. Read the manual... EXPLORE!
