norcobikezz
I have a few mods that modify walk such as Pretty Woman and Sensual walk for NPC's but i don't think it is the problem since i installed sensual walk for npcs after it happened. And when i deactivate Pretty woman in OBMM it doesn't fix my problem. If some1 got any idea for me go ahead i don't feel like reinstalling oblivion again. My link thanks

Hickory
Simply deactivating the .esp files does NOT remove the animations. You have to remove any animation (.kf) files added by the replacers. Check in your \Data\Meshes\Characters\_male\ folder and remove any .kf files added by the replacers.

fore
anyway Pretty woman is only supposed to replacer my character's animation, not the npc's Supposed or not, we see the result, and if (vanilla) NPC's use walks like that, there is only one reason. Believe Hickory, don't think, check your _male folder  Unless you fiddled around with Sensual Walk and make it believe, Itus Hayn is a female .... norcobikezz
i found out that everytime i change the HGEC body types, i have to reinstall the animation replacer. That's what caused the problem. Thanks for the tips
