To change this to real time, type in "set timescale to 1" to change it to default, type "set timescale to 30". To half it, type in "set timescale to 15" to enter a custom number, just type "set timescale to X" where X is your desired time. You can set it as high as you need to, I've set it past 100,000. I have fast traveled a lot and my changes are still in place. Looks like you do in fact need to change both the Climates and the Game Settings. Thanks again.
