LE Reading books while auto travelling. Is this possible?

Hi people, I always wanted to read books and manage inventory in real time, while walking or getting warmer in front of the campfire inside my tent. I wonder if this is possible.

I'm no modder but, I think I can give you many ideas that could do the trick if someone is willing to do this mod.

For instance, what do you think about using the clairvoyance spell path system to develop a real-time auto travel? and inserting some code that prevents time stopping while browsing menus?

Maybe it is already done and I missed it up. If not, I think should not be very difficult to do. (Very difficult for me, but not by a good modder).
