What I want is to disable level cap (100 lvl or somewhat), but raise the amount of XP needed for every level after 30 in 10-50 times (or even 100 times). Fallout 3 is a very long game, but it lose some of it's coolness without getting exp. All those slow-dawn mods are good, but too late for me... I can do something on my own, but don't know, how.
