Metaljunkie87
Hey everyone, this is my first time trying to use mods with Fallout 3 so having problems. Going to provide as much info as I can think of but if I forget anything let me know. I have the GOTY version of Fallout 3 from Steam. I have the FOMM installed as well as FOSE. Thyrandor
Have you tried sorting this with BOSS? It's integrated in FOMM. When exactly is the game crashing? If it happens right on startup, it's probably the load order. You also might try to run FO3Edit on your mods - it points out problems in your load order without CTD. Yea it's crashing right on startup. I've already tried BOSS but will try FO3Edit.
Thyrandor
Yea it's crashing right on startup. I've already tried BOSS but will try FO3Edit. I have to correct myself: It's probably a missing ESM/ ESP that is needed by one of your mods. When starting FO3Edit, it will try to load your mods. If it fails, you'll get a message telling you that some mod is missing something. You can then check that mod's requirements in FOMM.

You were right, using FO3Edit I was able to find the mod that was missing a file and game is running now, thanks for the help.
