Glowing one Radiation Heal Perk?

Im trying to use the ability the Glowing one has got, on another NPC. So what i am asking is, How do the Glowing one get the Radiation Healing? Is it a script, a perk? A effect? A combination maybe? I can't find anything in the Geck. Need help :thumbsup:

This happens because each glowing one uses the script vGlowingOneScript, which returns 2 HP every second with a timer. The same script also calls the effect vGlowingOneRadiationAuraExplosion, which indirectly helps all ghouls in the area heal. This is due to the GhoulRadHeal and RadResistGhoul enchantments. The first one heals 10 HP if the creature's radiation level is 1, and the second reduces the radiation level if the radiation level is nonzero.

Hm. That sounds quite hard to get around with. I just made the Ghoul race playable. And a friend of mine want's that "perk" or "Natural Resist" you might say. How could i add this to the player? Could i call getisrace, or something or another? :s Thanks :)

I realize this thread is completely dead by now but for anyone still modding FNV perks... I added the GhoulRadHeal or w/e it is called to my custom perk and now i do not take any radiation whatsoever (I stood in devil's gullet or w/e with the unique minigun, eating and drinking food AFAP... no rads kept.
